Sylvianas
Welcome.
I'm Eliza, and I stream and create 3D art.

Artwork drawn by sweet_sarahh
Stream
I'm a vtuber streamer myself, I created my own model and am constantly tweaking and updating it to learn new skills and practice the ones I already have.I would classify myself as a variety streamer, but this can certainly vary. I have ADHD, which can create lack of focus, or extreme focus on a singular game for months on end.I enjoy playing chill games, factory builders, sandbox games and a few story focussed games. I'm not one for overly challenging or stressful game types, so you wont find me playing Dark Souls, but I will enjoy the odd Monster Hunter stream.
Vtuber Commissions
I make Vtuber models, .vrm and .vsfavatar files primarily designed around VSeeFace (though .vrm is also compatible with a few other programs).
Models are full body with standard expressions, eye and mouth movements, and wobbly bits.
I can add swappable outfits, and custom animations, when using the .vsfavatar format.
I can, at extra cost, prepare the model for use in VRChat.Prices start at $500 AUD

I'm primarily a modeller, not so much texture artist. I have a simple style that works with my modelling style, but you may be able to find others to create more detailed textures, and so I provide the UV maps and .fbx and encourage you to find a look that works best for you.
That being said, I'm keen to try new things. So feel free to challenge me. I'll let you know if I'm up for it.
Commission Terms & Conditions
1. General Terms
All commission elements may include a subtle sign that you may not remove.
I might record the creation process and post it on my youtube or stream it on twitch.
Prices are subject to change based on demand.
I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.
The term "model" refers to the mesh, any deformation modifiers (blendshapes) applied to the mesh, the armature and how it attaches to the mesh, any animations tied to the armature, and textures.
"Textures" include colour textures, any normal maps, specular maps, or other images used to modify the appearance of the model.
2. Payment
Pricing starts at $500, but may be increased to accomodate complexity.
I will confirm the specific price for your commission when accepting and request payment at this time.
I will not start working until at least 50% payment has been made.
Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% before delivery.
Currency accepted is AUD and can be paid through <to be confirmed, currently case by case>.
Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.
3. Process & Delivery
I will notify you when I have started on your commission, at which point you will lose the rights to a refund (see point 7 further below for more info on refunds)
While I'm working on your commission I will contact you on occasion to confirm details and share progress.
You are free to ask for a progress update at anytime, I cannot guarantee there will have been any from the previous check-in however.
I make no guarantees on the timing and delivery of your commission. Ideally it should be complete within a month, but this can be affected unpredictably with mood, schedule, and demands on my time.
If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know asap.
Once the piece is finished you will receive a zipped archive file containing; the model, in .vrm or .vsfavatar or both, as well as .fbx; texture files; and UV textures; for your own reference. Note that there is no physical product.
4. Revisions
You get 3 rounds of tweaks on the model included in the price. This is primarily for any bugs in the model not caught before delivery. Or small adjustments to colour or shape. Or missed features previously agreed upon.
Any other modifications after delivery may incur a fee at my discretion. Which I will confirm and request before proceeding with the modification.
5. Copyright / Usage Policy
I, Eliza Bartel (the artist), claim the rights to the produced model, not the buyer. Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted model to:- Promote myself with it anywhere

- Altering the provided mesh, or textures without my consent
- Using the mesh as a basis for other modelsI reserve the full rights to the model and it's use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon. The character concept and design are retained by the buyer.Basically, I encourage you to use the model as a vtuber avatar in all the expected ways, to be free to commission more pieces from others, and freely accept fanart, based on the design, if not the model/mesh itself. Especially if the design existed prior to the commission.
6. Customer Satisfaction
I will do what I can to make my customers happy!
If you have a problem with anything in regards to the commissioned piece please tell me right away so we can find a solution together.
I am willing to change some of my terms for you if you ask before I start on your commission. If you, e.g., do not want me to post your art anywhere, we can discuss this.
7. Refund / Cancellation Policy
The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.
If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.
Do not request a chargeback, I will manually issue a refund if required.
If you request a chargeback at any point when we have not agreed upon a refund you will lose all aforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will retain the full right to profit further from it in any way. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.
If the buyer breaks any of the points stated above they will lose all the aforementioned rights to the artwork commissioned from me, Eliza Bartel (the artist), and I will have the right to profit further from the commissioned artwork in any way I see fit. If you have a problem with any of these statements, they may be changed if discussed with me prior to paying your commissioned piece.
